TICKET REFUNDS
We no longer offer ticket refunds at Tempo Rubato. We have tried various processes to try to accomodate them, but no matter how we do it, it always results in reduced revenue for performers, which is an outcome we want to avoid.
If you are unable to use a ticket you have purchased, you are very welcome to give it to someone else to use. If you do this, please send us an email with the the name and email address of the person who will be using the ticket(s) that were purchased under your name.
